Number of Students. 6.2.2.1.1 Except as herein provided, Instructors shall have at any time no more than an average of thirty-five (35) students per instructional section, averaged over all instructional sections assigned to the instructor.
6.2.2.1.2 The parties agree that every effort will be made to eliminate overload arrangements, which require an Instructor to have more than the maximum average number of students provided above. Where an overload arrangement is necessary, the arrangements must be agreeable to the Instructor, the Coordinator and the Xxxx. Such arrangement may or may not include an agreement that the student overload will be compensated. The University will not be liable for any overload payments to instructors unless a specific agreement to make such payments has been made by the Xxxx in advance of the overload occurring. An instructor may not admit overload students without the prior approval of the Xxxx.
6.2.2.1.3 Where overload arrangements are made pursuant to this Article, Instructors with less than a normal section duty load will be compensated as set out in 6.

Number of Students. Starting in enter semester and year and continuing for each year during the term of this Agreement, the two institutions will exchange students on a one-for-one basis, according to credit hours. Each academic year, the institutions will allocate semester spaces for the partner’s full-time exchange students. If an institution sends a student for the academic year, this counts for two semesters of that year’s total. (Note: In general, the exchange should be undergraduate students for undergraduate students or graduate students for graduate students.) Both parties will endeavor to maintain an evenly balanced exchange during the term of this Agreement. However, if conditions exist which render such equity impossible during a particular semester, such imbalance shall be corrected in the subsequent available semester to restore balance. In no event shall an imbalance in the exchange be carried forward beyond one semester, nor should students currently enrolled in the program be removed to restore balance. The exchange balance will be monitored annually throughout the term of this Agreement by both institutions. Either party to this Agreement may refuse admission to the additional incoming students until the exchange balance is restored.

6.2.2.1.3 Where overload arrangements are made pursuant to this Article, Instructors with less than a normal section duty load will be compensated as set out in (6.2.
2.1.3.1) below up to a normal duty load after which any excess must be banked as per 6.11 and 6.12; Instructors with a normal section duty load will be compensated as set out in (6.2.2.1.3.2) below. In both cases, the overload compensation will be calculated on the basis of a monthly audit of the number of students which the Instructor had during that month.
6.2.2.1.3.1 For each month of the overload, the stipend is computed as follows: x 2n ) 35 where n is the number of students over the allowed maximum. The accumulated stipend will be paid at the end of the academic term.
6.2.2.1.3.2 For each month of the overload, the section equivalency is computed as follows: x 2n ) 35 where n is the number of students over the allowed maximum. The accumulated section equivalency is banked or paid per 6.11 and 6.12 at the end of the academic term.
Number of Students. Every year a maximum number of 5 students from each party will take part in this double programme. Each partner institution will reserve the necessary places for these students in the programmes affected by this agreement. This number may be increased by mutual written consent.
Number of Students. (a) The number of vacancies offered by each institution will be limited to two (2) full academic year students (equivalent to four semester/students). A greater number could be accepted by common agreement.
(b) The parties shall endeavor to maintain an equivalent number of exchange students during the period in which this agreement is active.
Number of Students. (a) To enable the Licensee to establish production schedules and to place orders with its Licensees, the School Council will on the Commencement Date and at least 3 months prior to the end of each academic year (or within such lesser period as may be agreed between the parties in writing) provide the Licensee with an estimate of:
(i) the number of students likely to be attending the School during the next academic year;
(ii) the number of male and female students; and
(iii) the likely distribution of those students into form classes.
(b) The Licensee acknowledges and agrees that:
(i) the number of pupils attending the School may fluctuate from time to time;
(ii) the advice as to student numbers provided in accordance with this clause 1.12 of these Special Conditions is subject to change at any time;
(iii) the School Council does not guarantee those number of students will remain stable; and
(iv) the School Council does not guarantee the number of students who will purchase the Goods.

Number of Students. 1.1. Within the period of each academic year, each Party may exchange up to two full-time undergraduate or postgraduate students for one academic year of study and/or research at a host university, or up to four students for one semester each of study.
