Common use of Assessments and Accountability Clause in Contracts

Assessments and Accountability. The University and its implementation of the enhanced authority granted by Subchapter 3 of the Act and this Management Agreement, and the Board of Visitors polices attached hereto as Exhibits M through R, shall be subject to the reviews, assessments, and audits (i) set forth in the Act that are to be conducted by the Auditor of Public Accounts, the Joint Legislative Audit and Review Commission, and the State Council of Higher Education for Virginia, or (ii) as may be conducted periodically by the Secretaries of Finance, Administration, Education, or Technology, or by some combination of these four Secretaries, or (iii) as otherwise may be required by law other than the Act.
