Financial Accountability. 6.1 The Recipient must ensure that the requirements set out in this Agreement, and in any clarification or guidance issued from time to time by the Authority, are complied with. In particular the Recipient shall:
a) agree in writing in advance with the Authority any changes to any of the Project Objectives, Milestones and/or Projects Outputs;
b) establish, implement and utilise effective monitoring and financial systems, so that as a minimum the costs funded by the GLA Funding can be clearly identified and the propriety and regularity of all payments and handling of the GLA Funding are ensured;
c) notify the Authority of the monitoring and financial systems in place, and comply with the Authority’s reasonable requirements for these systems;
d) notify the Authority immediately if any financial irregularity in the use of the GLA Funding is suspected, and indicate the steps being taken in response. Irregularity means any fraud or other impropriety, mismanagement or use of funds for any purposes other than those approved;
e) notify the Authority immediately if any other financial irregularity is suspected, and indicate the steps being taken in response;
f) notify the Authority immediately if the Recipient is Insolvent, or if it has no reasonable prospect of avoiding Insolvency in the future;
g) keep a record of all Expenditure Incurred together with full supporting evidence including (without limitation) invoices clearly showing Expenditure Incurred on the Milestones and/or Project Outputs or in the absence of such invoices contract documents and transaction listings from the Recipient’s finance management system and certified as true and accurate records of such expenditure by the Recipient’s Chief Financial Officer) and Additional Funding received. All evidence of Expenditure Incurred such as invoices, receipts, timesheets and other relevant documents must be kept for at least 6 years after the date of the Project;
h) make (complying always fully with the requirements of the Data Protection Xxx 0000 and all applicable regulations) all relevant data, information and documents available and provide access at any time for:
i) inspection visits and scrutiny of files by the Authority or any other public body undertaking an audit function (whether by itself or its contractors, servants and/or agents);, and
ii) an external audit and review of the Project Objectives, Milestones and/or Project outputs and of financial appraisal and monitoring systems; and and coopera...
Financial Accountability. A. Revenue: State and Local
Financial Accountability. A. As provided in XXXX 0000, Section 11-1-4 (as amended), the Authority shall be strictly accountable for all receipts and disbursements, and shall maintain adequate, complete, and correct records and statements pertaining to receipts, disbursements, and all other financial matters.
B. Each year, the Board shall cause an annual audit of the Authority’s finances to be performed in accordance with the New Mexico Audit Act, XXXX 0000, Sections 12-6-1 through 12-6-14, and implementing regulations; the audit shall be provided to each Party and shall be made available to the public.
C. Upon reasonable notice, the records and statements prepared by the Authority pursuant to this paragraph shall be open to inspection at any reasonable time by the Parties, their accountants, and agents.
D. The Authority shall prepare and present such reports as may be required by law, regulation or contract to any governmental agency, and shall also render to the Parties, at reasonable intervals, such reports and accounting as the Parties may from time to time request.
Financial Accountability. Contractor agrees to provide fiscal procedures adequate to assure accounting for the disbursement of funds paid to Contractor under this Contract in accordance with accounting policies and procedures as may be prescribed by Administrator or County Auditor- Controller, or as required by the 2 CFR Part 225, “Cost Principles for State, Local and Indian Tribal Governments (formerly OMB Circular A-87) incorporated herein by reference. All claimed reimbursements must be supported with source documents determined by Administrator’s fiscal staff to be necessary for processing and payment of Contractor’s invoices, and shall include but not limited to, timesheets, invoices, cancelled checks, receipts and receiving records.
a. Contractor agrees to reimburse County for expenditures Administrator determines to be in violation of the terms and conditions of this Contract.
Financial Accountability. (a) The most recent financial statements of the Group (and each participant of the Group) submitted to the Credit Agent:
(i) are executed in compliance with the Applicable Reporting Standards; and
(ii) authentically shows its financial situation in every material respect (on a consolidated basis, if applicable) as at the drawing up date, with an exception, in each case, where otherwise indicated in such financial statements.
(b) no events occur which could render the Essential Adverse Effect as from the date of the financial statements indicated in section (a) above.
Financial Accountability. 5.1 Revenue Students enrolled in the School shall be funded as if they are in a basic program or a special program, the same as students enrolled in other public schools in the school district. The basis for the funding shall be the sum of the Sponsor’s operating funds from the Florida Education Finance Program as provided in §1011.62 F.S., and the General Appropriations Act, including gross state and local funds, discretionary lottery funds, and funds from the Sponsor’s current operating discretionary millage levy; divided by total funded weighted full-time equivalent students (WFTE) in the school district; multiplied by WFTE for the School.
Financial Accountability. 5.1 The financial affairs of the parties will be conducted in a responsible manner and are subject to the ethical obligations of stewardship and risk management of Australian Corporations Law and practices of the Australian Charities and Non-profit Commission.
5.2 All donations received by Prince’s Trust Australia from its Patrons, supporters and sponsors will be used to support the Objects in the Constitution of Prince’s Trust Australia.
5.3 An annual financial report will be produced by Prince’s Trust Australia in line with Australian Corporations Law and recommendations of the Australian Charities and Not-for-profit Commission. It will be signed by the Chair and it is acknowledged by Program Partner that the Program Partner’s participation in the Partnership may be recognised in the annual financial report.
Financial Accountability. The Borrower undertakes to give the following certified copies to the Credit Agent for all Creditors in a sufficient quantity:
(a) of the consolidated financial statements of the Group for a fiscal year confirmed with the Auditors, prepared in compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards progressively as drawing up, but anyway within 120 (one hundred twenty) days as from an expiry date of each such fiscal year;
(b) of the consolidated financial statements of the Group for each financial half-year viewed by the Auditors, prepared in compliance with International Financial Reporting Standards progressively as drawing up, but anyway within 90 (ninety) days as from an expiry date of each such fiscal half-year;
(c) progressively as drawing up, but anyway within 60 (sixty) days as from an expiry date of each quarter of corresponding fiscal year of the administrative reporting of the Group for such quarter of corresponding fiscal year (including the report on financial results, balance and the report on movement of funds), prepared in compliance with the Group’s registration policy of administrative accounting; and
(d) progressively as drawing up, but anyway within 40 (forty) days as from an expiry date of each quarter of corresponding fiscal year of the financial accounting (including the profits and losses report, balance and the report on movement of funds) of the Borrower and Headhunter for such quarter of the corresponding fiscal year, prepared in compliance with Russian Accounting Standards.
Financial Accountability. The County may have a financial system analysis and/or an audit of SHHS or of any of its subcontractors performed by an independent auditing firm employed by the County or by the County Internal Audit Department at any time the County deems necessary to evaluate SHHS’s performance under this Agreement and to determine the capability of SHHS to fiscally manage the project in accordance with the requirements of this Agreement. The County will provide SHHS reasonable notice of the intent to exercise its rights under this Section.
Financial Accountability. The state demonstrates that it has designed and implemented an adequate system for assuring financial accountability of the waiver program.
