Common use of Assessor Clause in Contracts

Assessor. Appropriate technical or professional qualifications plus appropriate vocational and or industry experience that meets the minimum qualification requirement in accordance with the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) standard as varied from time to time, currently being: (i) hold the TAE Assessor Skill Set; (ii) be able to demonstrate vocational competencies at least to the level being assessed; (iii) current industry skills directly relevant to the training and assessment being provided; (iv) current knowledge and skills in vocational training and learning that informs their training and assessment; and (v) be able to demonstrate how they are continuing to develop their vocational education and training (VET) knowledge and skills as well as maintaining industry currency and assessor competence.
