Asset Representations Reviewer Fees and Expenses. At the direction of RFC VIII, TRS shall pay, or shall reimburse RFC VIII for the payment of, the fees and expenses payable to the Asset Representations Reviewer pursuant to the Asset Representations Review Agreement.
