Use of Name, Logo and Marks. To the extent of its interest, WFBNA hereby grants to Funding a non-exclusive license to use the name “Xxxxx Fargo”, “WFBNA,” “Xxxxx Fargo Bank, National Association,” and all related identifying trade or service marks, signs, symbols, logos, and designs but only for use in servicing the Receivables and only for use in a manner that is consistent with the guidelines provided by WFBNA to Funding from time to time. Further, to the extent of its interest, WFBNA hereby grants to Funding a non-exclusive license to use all related servicing software but only for use in servicing the Receivables and only for use in a manner that is consistent with the guidelines provided by WFBNA to Funding from time to time. And further, to the extent of its interest, WFBNA hereby grants to Funding a non-exclusive license to use all related customer lists and other intangibles but only for use in servicing the Receivables and only for use in a manner that is consistent with the guidelines provided by WFBNA to Funding from time to time. These licenses are co-extensive with the term of this Agreement and, subject to their limitations, may be assigned to any servicer engaged by Funding in a securitization of the Receivables.

FSB does hereby grant to TRS a non-exclusive license to use the name “American Express Bank, FSB” and all related identifying trade or service marks, signs, symbols, logos, designs, servicing software, customer lists and other intangibles in connection with the servicing of the Receivables purchased hereunder. The license granted shall be co-extensive with the term of the Agreement.

TRS does hereby grant to RFC VIII a non-exclusive license to use the name “American Express Travel Related Services Company, Inc.” and all related identifying trade or service marks, signs, symbols, logos, designs, servicing software, customer lists and other intangibles in connection with the servicing of the Receivables purchased hereunder.
