ASSETS HELD IN TRUST. The assets in all accounts created under this Loan Agreement shall be held in trust for the purposes provided herein and used only for the purposes and in the manner prescribed in this Agreement; and, pending such use, said assets shall be subject to a lien and charge in favor of the Department.
