Assets Other Than Marketable Securities. If the Members cannot otherwise agree on the value of an asset, the Manager shall select a qualified appraiser who has customarily been engaged in appraising assets similar to the asset in question for a period of not less than five (5) years. Such valuation shall include a ten percent (10%) discount for costs of sale. The valuation of the appraiser so selected shall be binding on all Members.
