Common use of Assets Purchase Option Clause in Contracts

Assets Purchase Option. Party C hereby grants Party A an irrevocable and exclusive right to purchase, or Designee(s) to purchase the any part of or all of the assets of Party C at Party A’s sole and absolute discretion to the extent permitted by PRC laws and at the price permitted by PRC laws. Under such circumstances, Party A or the Designee(s) and Party C shall otherwise execute an asset transfer contract to agree on the terms and conditions of such asset transfer. “
