Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, no assignment of this Agreement or any of the rights or interests hereunder shall relieve the assignor of any liability or obligation hereunder. The provisions of this Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective successors and permitted assigns.
