Participation of Subrecipients. The Recipient agrees to enter into a written agreement with each subrecipient participating in an Urbanized Area Formula Project, which agreement sets forth the subrecipient’s responsibilities, and includes appropriate clauses imposing requirements necessary to assure that the subrecipient will not compromise the Recipient’s compliance with Federal requirements applicable to the Project and the Recipient’s obligations under the Grant Agreement for the Project and this Master Agreement.
Participation of Subrecipients. The Recipient agrees to enter into a written agreement with each subrecipient of Clean Fuels Grant financial assistance, which agreement sets forth the subrecipient’s responsibilities, and includes appropriate clauses imposing requirements necessary to assure that the subrecipient will not compromise the Recipient’s compliance with Federal requirements applicable to the Project, the Recipient’s obligations under the Grant Agreement for the Project, and this Master Agreement.
Participation of Subrecipients. The Recipient agrees to enter into a written agreement with each subrecipient participating in a New Freedom Project, that sets forth the subrecipient’s responsibilities, and include appropriate clauses imposing requirements as necessary to assure that the subrecipient will not compromise the Recipient’s compliance with the Federal requirements applicable to the Project and the Recipient’s obligations under the Grant Agreement or Cooperative Agreement for the Project and this Master Agreement.
Participation of Subrecipients. The Recipient agrees to enter into a written agreement with each subrecipient participating in an Elderly Individuals and Individuals with Disabilities Formula Project or Pilot Project, that sets forth the subrecipient’s responsibilities, and includes appropriate clauses imposing requirements necessary to assure that the subrecipient will not compromise the Recipient’s compliance with Federal requirements applicable to the Project and the Recipient’s obligations under its Grant Agreement for the Project and this Master Agreement.
Participation of Subrecipients. The Recipient agrees to enter into a written agreement with each subrecipient participating in a JARC Project, which agreement sets forth the subrecipient’s responsibilities, and includes appropriate clauses imposing requirements necessary to assure that the subrecipient will not compromise the Recipient’s compliance with any Federal requirements applicable to the Project and the Recipient’s obligations under the Grant Agreement or Cooperative Agreement and this Master Agreement.

The Recipient agrees to enter into a written agreement with each subrecipient participating in a Job Access and Reverse Commute Project, which agreement sets forth the subrecipient’s responsibilities, and includes appropriate clauses imposing requirements necessary to assure that the subrecipient will not compromise the Recipient’s compliance with Federal requirements applicable to the Project and the Recipient’s obligations under the Grant Agreement and this Master Agreement.

Participation of Subrecipients. The Recipient agrees to enter into a written agreement with each Subrecipient, which agreement includes provisions that describe the Subrecipient’s responsibilities and assures that the Subrecipient will not compromise the Recipient’s compliance with:
(a) Any Federal requirements that apply to the Project, and
(b) The Recipient’s commitments under its Underlying Agreement and this Master Agreement.
