Assigned Areas. Areas of public housing property that are assigned to residents for their exclusive use as part of their unit, (e.g. front and back porches, yards, etc.) and for which the resident and resident’s household are required to keep in a clean and safe condition by performance of housekeeping and/or maintenance upkeep.
