Assigned Work Years. All unit members are assigned work years in relation to the school calendar(s), as 4 follows: 5 A. Basic Work Year The Basic Work Year is the number of workdays in the work year for continuing teachers, 6 nurses, Resource Specialists, and Speech and Language Pathologists. The Basic Work Year shall be 184 7 workdays. The Association has the right to meet and confer on the development of the school calendar.
