Assignee Deemed a Forest Owner After Transfer. Once a Property Interest has been Transferred, the Assignee shall be deemed to be a "Forest Owner" under this Agreement, be subject to the Forest Owner Obligation and require any future party holding, owning or acquiring a Property Interest to assume the Forest Owner Obligation in accordance with this Section 7.
