Common use of Assignee Obligations Clause in Contracts

Assignee Obligations. As a condition to Landlord’s consent, any potential assignee otherwise approved by Landlord shall expressly assume all existing and future obligations of Tenant under this Lease and shall be jointly and severally liable with Tenant for the payment of Rent, Additional Rent, Other Charges and the performance of all terms, covenants and conditions of this Lease.

Assignee Obligations.
