Assigning, Subletting and Encumbering. Lessee shall not assign, sublet or encumber the Leased Premises, or any Leasehold Improvements thereon, without SRA’s prior written consent. If Lessee shall be other than an individual, for purposes of this section, the transfer of the majority of the shares of the Lessee (including any combination of shares that are equivalent to a majority interest) or any other evidence of majority ownership interest or control in the Lessee’s enterprise, shall be deemed an “assignment."
