Assignment and Allocation of Purchase Rights. The Employee acknowledges and agrees that the Company may assign its repurchase and other rights under this Section 6 to the Investors and that the Investors may allocate such rights among themselves in such manner as they, in their sole discretion, may agree from time to time.
