Assignment and Charges. i. The Private Partner shall under no circumstances whatsoever create Encumbrance over the Hospital Site and the equipments installed within the Hospital Site. The Private Partner (PSP) shall not assign this Agreement or the rights, benefits and obligations save and except with prior written consent of the Hospital Authority.
