Restrictions on assignment and charges. 20.1.1 Subject to Clauses 20.2 and 20.3, this Agreement shall not be assigned by the Supplier to any person, save and except with the prior consent in writing of the Utility, which consent the Utility shall be entitled to decline without assigning any reason.
