Assignment and other dealings. You may not assign, transfer, novate, charge, subcontract or deal in any other manner with any of your rights or obligations under this Agreement, whether in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by operation of law, merger, acquisition or otherwise without our prior written consent. We may assign this Agreement in its entirety without your consent to any Affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganisation or sale of substantially all of our assets.
