ASSIGNMENT AND SUBCONTRACTS. A. The Vendor shall maintain an adequate and competent staff so as to enable the Vendor to timely perform under this Agreement Contract and may associate with it such subcontractors, for the purpose of its services hereunder, without additional cost to the Department, other than those costs within the limits and terms of this AgreementContract. The Vendor is fully responsible for satisfactory completion of all subcontracted work. The Vendor, however, shall not sublet, assign, or transfer any work under this Agreement Contract to other than subcontractors specified in the proposal, bid, and/or Agreement Contract without the written consent of the Department.
B. The Contractor shall give his personal supervision to all work performed under this contract or have a competent xxxxxxx or superintendent, satisfactory to DMA, on the job site during its progress with authority to act for him. At all times when the work is in progress, the Contractor shall have a representative readily available to the operation who shall be authorized to receive, on behalf of the Contractor, any notices or instructions given by DMA or the Post Forester, in regard to the performance under this contract and take such action thereon, as is required by the terms of this contract.
