ASSIGNMENT AND SUBCONTRACTS. Provider shall not assign, transfer, or delegate any rights, obligations, or duties under this Contract without the prior written consent of the GLO. Notwithstanding this provision, it is mutually understood and agreed that Provider may subcontract with others for some or all of the services to be performed. In any approved subcontracts, Provider shall legally bind such subcontractor to perform and make such subcontractor subject to all the duties, requirements, and obligations of Provider as specified in this Contract. Nothing in this Contract shall be construed to relieve Provider of the responsibility for ensuring that the goods delivered and/or the services rendered by Provider and/or any of its subcontractors comply with all the terms and provisions of this Contract. Provider will provide written notification to the GLO of any such subcontractor performing fifteen percent (15%) or more of the work under this Contract, including the name and taxpayer identification number of subcontractor, the task(s) being performed, and the number of subcontractor employees expected to work on the task.
