Common use of ASSIGNMENT AND SUBLEASE Clause in Contracts

ASSIGNMENT AND SUBLEASE. Tenant shall not assign this Lease or sublet the Leased Premises in whole or in part without Landlord’s prior written consent. In the event of any permitted assignment or subletting, Tenant shall remain liable hereunder and shall cause such assignee or subtenant to observe the rules and regulations, and otherwise abide by the terms, of this Lease.

ASSIGNMENT AND SUBLEASE. Tenant shall not assign this Lease or sublet the Leased Premises in whole or in part without first obtaining Landlord’s prior written consent; Landlord may unreasonably withhold such consent. In Any sublet of the event of any permitted assignment or subletting, Premises by Tenant shall remain liable hereunder be subject to the terms and shall cause such assignee or subtenant to observe the rules and regulations, and otherwise abide by the terms, conditions of this Lease. Any and all assignments or sublets shall not release Tenant from any of its obligations under this Lease. Landlord may assign its rights and obligations under this Lease and sell and/or convey the Building and Premises without written permission from Tenant.

No person who has not signed this Lease shall occupy the Leased Premises at any time. This Lease shall be freely assignable by Landlord.
