Assignment and Successorship. This Restrictive Covenant Agreement and ADP’s rights and obligations hereunder may be assigned by ADP and shall inure to the benefit of and shall be enforceable by any such assignee, as well as any of ADP’s successors in interest. This Restrictive Covenant Agreement and my rights and obligations may not be assigned by me, but are binding upon my heirs, administrators, executors, and personal representatives.
