Resignation without Good Reason. The Executive may resign from the Executive’s employment without Good Reason.
Resignation without Good Reason. The Executive shall be entitled to resign from the employment of the Company at any time during the Contact Period without Good Reason, but upon such resignation the Executive shall not be entitled to any additional compensation for the time after which the Executive ceases to be employed by the Company, and shall not be entitled to any of the other benefits provided hereunder. No such resignation shall be effective unless in writing with four weeks’ notice thereof.
Resignation without Good Reason. The Executive may resign from his employment without Good Reason upon not less than forty-five (45) days’ advance written notice to the Board.
Resignation without Good Reason. The Executive may terminate the Executive's employment under this Agreement without Good Reason at any time during the Employment Term by giving written notice thereof to the Company at least 30 days before the effective date of such termination, which notice may be waived in whole or in part by the Company in its sole discretion. The effect of such termination is provided in Section 5.2.4.
Resignation without Good Reason. The Executive may resign from his employment with the Company without Good Reason (as that term is defined in Section 8(c)) at any time upon no less than ninety (90) days prior written notice to the Chief Executive Officer. Upon such notice of resignation, the Company may, at its sole option, accept the Executive’s resignation effective as of a date prior to the resignation date specified in the notice, and in such event, the earlier date will be the effective date of termination of the Executive’s employment for all purposes hereunder.
Resignation without Good Reason. In the event of Resignation Without Good Reason pursuant to Section 4(a)(v) of this Agreement, Executive shall be entitled to receive in cash an amount equal to any Accrued Salary.
Resignation without Good Reason. The Executive shall have the right to terminate his employment hereunder upon one (1) month’s prior written notice to the Company, and upon such termination, all of the Executive’s rights to payments and any other benefits otherwise due hereunder (other than Accrued Termination Obligations) shall cease upon such termination.
Resignation without Good Reason. In the event the Executive resigns other than in the circumstances described in subparagraphs (A) and (B) above, he shall not be entitled to any additional Salary or COBRA Continuation or pro rata bonus. The Company may at its sole option waive the requirement of advance notice and decline to accept the Executive’s service for any period following its receipt of notice, but in that event, Executive shall be entitled to continued compensation in accordance with Section 4 for the entirety of the otherwise applicable notice period (and will be deemed to be an employee for such period) as well as Salary and COBRA Continuation and pro rata bonus in accordance with this paragraph if applicable.
Resignation without Good Reason. Employee may resign employment at any time upon sixty (60) days’ notice to the Company. In such event, if requested by the Company, Employee shall continue to render services and shall be paid Employee’s regular salary and receive normal benefits up to the effective date of termination. In the event of a resignation without Good Reason, all salary and other benefits provided to Employee under this Agreement shall cease as of the date of termination.
Resignation without Good Reason. Resignation Without Good Reason" shall mean any voluntary termination or resignation by Executive for any reason other than retirement or "Resignation for Good Reason". Executive is required to give at least 60 days advance written notice of Resignation Without Good Reason to the Board, and First Charter is entitled upon receiving such notice, in its discretion, to accept such resignation as effective on: (i) the resignation date proposed by Executive, or (ii) such other earlier date designated by First Charter. In addition, First Charter will be required to pay Executive his regular salary and benefits only through Executive's final resignation date as agreed to or revised by the Company, regardless of whether Executive is actually permitted to perform any services for the Company during that period.
