Assignment and Third Party Beneficiaries. This Agreement is entered into for the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective successors, legal representatives and assigns. No other person or entity shall obtain an interest herein or be deemed to be a beneficiary of the provisions contained herein except as specifically set forth herein. This Agreement may not be assigned by any party without the written consent of the other parties.
