Assignment as Part of Disposal of Participating Interest. If the Buyer or a Related Corporation of the Buyer Disposes of the whole or a part of its Participating Interest in accordance with clause 10 of the Joint Venture Agreement, then the provisions of clause 10 of the Joint Venture Agreement will apply.
