ASSIGNMENT AWAY FROM HOME BASE. 8.01 Assignment of Employees to work away from home Base will be on the basis of the most senior qualified volunteer available in the appropriate classification providing the Employee meets the requirements or qualifications. In the event of an Emergency, the Company may assign a qualified Employee if there are no volunteers. 8.02 The Company agrees that as much notice as possible shall be given to Employees assigned to work away from their home Base; in no event will the notice be less than three (3) calendar days' notice. Such notice may be reduced by the mutual agreement between the Company and the Employee involved. 8.03 Travel 8.03.01 Suitable arrangements will be made for duty travel.
