Common use of Assignment by Agency Clause in Contracts

Assignment by Agency. Agency may assign or transfer any of its rights or obligations under the Agreement with the approval of Developer, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld; provided, however, that Agency may assign or transfer any of its interests hereunder to the City or any public or private entity controlled by either Agency or the City at any time without the consent of Developer.
