Common use of Assignment by Agency Clause in Contracts

Assignment by Agency. Agency may transfer or assign this Contract and its rights and obligations herein to a successor or purchaser of the Buildings or an interest therein. The Agency shall remain jointly and severally liable with its assignees or transferees to the Contractor for all of its obligations under this Contract.
