ASSIGNMENT BY CITY LOOKS. This Agreement may be unilaterally assigned and transferred by CITY LOOKS without the FRANCHISEE'S approval or consent, and will inure to the benefit of CITY LOOKS' successors and assigns. CITY LOOKS will provide the FRANCHISEE with written notice of any such assignment or transfer, and the assignee will be required to fulfill CITY LOOKS' obligations under this Agreement.
