Common use of Assignment by Employer Clause in Contracts

Assignment by Employer. The Employer shall have the right to assign this Agreement to its successors and assigns, and all covenants and agreements hereunder shall inure to the benefit of and be enforceable by Employer's successors or assigns. Neither this Agreement nor the respective obligations hereunder may be assigned or delegated by the Employee to any other person or entity.
