Assignment by Lender. This Guaranty is for the benefit of Lender and Lender’s successors and permitted assigns, and in the event of an assignment of the Loan and the Loan Documents, or any part thereof, in accordance with the terms of the Loan Agreement, the rights and benefits hereunder may be transferred with such assignment (and only as part of such assignment). Guarantor waives notice of any transfer or assignment of the Loan or the Loan Documents, or any part thereof, and agrees that failure to give notice will not affect the liabilities of Guarantor hereunder.
