Assignment by Lender. This Guaranty is for the benefit of Lender and Lender’s successors and assigns, and in the event of an assignment of the Guaranteed Recourse Obligations of Borrower, or any part thereof, the rights and benefits hereunder, to the extent applicable to the Guaranteed Recourse Obligations of Borrower so assigned, may be transferred with such Guaranteed Recourse Obligations of Borrower. Guarantor waives notice of any transfer or assignment of the Guaranteed Recourse Obligations of Borrower, or any part thereof, and agrees that failure to give notice will not affect the liabilities of Guarantor hereunder.
