Assignment by Standby Redraw Facility Provider. The Standby Redraw Facility Provider may at any time assign or otherwise transfer all or any part of the benefit of this Agreement or any of its rights, duties and obligations under this Agreement to another Bank or financial institution. The Standby Redraw Facility Provider may disclose to a proposed assignee or transferee information in the possession of the Standby Redraw Facility Provider relating to the Trustee and the Manager. An assignment or transfer by the Standby Redraw Facility Provider pursuant to this clause 14.2 shall not be of any effect until the Standby Redraw Facility Provider has notified the Trustee in writing of the assignment or transfer, as the case may be.
