Method of Delivery. Subject to this clause, any notice, request, certificate, approval, demand, consent or other communication to be given under this Agreement must:
(a) (IN WRITING AND SIGNED BY AN AUTHORISED OFFICER): except in the case of communication by email, be in writing and signed by 2 Authorised Officers of the party giving the same; and
(b) (DELIVERY): be:
(i) left at the address of the addressee;
