As used in this Agreement, the “Employer” shall mean the Employer as herein before defined and any successor to its business and/or assets as aforesaid which otherwise becomes bound by all the terms and provisions of this Agreement by operation of law and this Agreement shall be binding upon, and inure to the benefit of, the Employer, as so defined.
