Common use of Assignment by the Secured Party Clause in Contracts

Assignment by the Secured Party. The Secured Party and each Bank may at any time assign or otherwise transfer all or any portion of their rights and obligations under this Agreement and the other Loan Documents (including, without limitation, the Obligations) to any other Person, to the extent permitted by, and upon the conditions contained in, the Credit Agreement, and such Person shall thereupon become vested with all the benefits thereof granted to the Secured Party and the Banks, respectively, herein or otherwise.

Assignment by the Secured Party. The Subject to the terms of the Credit Agreement, the Secured Party and each Bank may at any time assign or otherwise transfer all or any portion of their its rights and obligations under this Agreement and the other Loan Documents (including, without limitation, the Obligations) to any other Person, to the extent permitted by, and upon the conditions contained in, the Credit Agreement, and such Person shall thereupon become vested with all the benefits thereof granted to the Secured Party and the Banks, respectively, herein or otherwise.
