No Waivers of Rights hereunder; Rights Cumulative. (a) No delay by Secured Party in exercising any right hereunder, or in enforcing any of the Obligations, shall operate as a waiver thereof, nor shall any single or partial exercise of any right preclude other or further exercises thereof or the exercise of any other right. No waiver of any of the Obligations shall be enforceable against Secured Party unless in writing and signed by an officer of Secured Party, and unless it expressly refers to the provision affected; any such waiver shall be limited solely to the specific event waived.
(b) All rights granted Secured Party hereunder shall be cumulative and shall be supplementary of and in addition to those granted or available to Secured Party under any other agreement with respect to the Obligations or under applicable law and nothing herein shall be construed as limiting any such other right.

No delay by GE Capital or Issuer in exercising any right hereunder shall operate as a waiver thereof, nor shall any single or partial exercise of any right preclude other or further exercises thereof or the exercise of any other right. No waiver or amendment of any provision of this Agreement shall be enforceable against GE Capital or Issuer unless in writing and signed by an officer of GE Capital, and unless it expressly refers to the provision affected, any such waiver shall be limited solely to the specific event waived. All rights granted GE Capital or Issuer hereunder shall be cumulative and shall be supplementary of and in addition to those granted or available to GE Capital or Issuer under the Loan Documents or applicable law and nothing herein shall be construed as limiting any such other right.

No delay by RZB in exercising any right hereunder, or under any of the other Obligations, shall operate as a waiver thereof, nor shall any single or partial exercise of any right preclude other or further exercises thereof or the exercise of any other right. No waiver or amendment of any provision of this Agreement or of any of the other agreements, instruments or documents evidencing the Obligations shall be enforceable against RZB unless it shall be in writing, be signed by RZB, and expressly refer to the provision affected; any such waiver shall be limited solely to the specific event waived.
b. All rights granted to RZB hereunder shall be cumulative and shall be supplementary of and in addition to those granted or available to RZB with respect to the other Obligations or under applicable law and nothing herein shall be construed as limiting any such other right.

No delay by Issuer in exercising any right hereunder shall operate as a waiver thereof, nor shall any single or partial exercise of any right preclude other or further exercises thereof or the exercise of any other right. No waiver or amendment of any provision of this Agreement shall be enforceable against Issuer unless in writing and signed by an officer of Issuer, and unless it expressly refers to the provision affected, any such waiver shall be limited solely to the specific event waived. All rights granted Issuer hereunder shall be cumulative and shall be supplementary of and in addition to those granted or available to Issuer under the Loan Documents or applicable law and nothing herein shall be construed as limiting any such other right.

No failure to exercise or delay in exercising, on the part of Seller, any of its options, powers or rights, or partial or single exercise thereof, shall constitute a waiver thereof. The remedies herein provided are cumulative and are not exclusive of any other rights or remedy provided by law, in equity, or under any agreement or instrument.

No waiver or amendment of any provision of this Pledge Agreement or of any of the other Obligations shall be enforceable against the Collateral Agent unless in writing and signed by an officer of the Collateral Agent and unless it expressly refers to the provision affected, and such waiver shall be limited solely to the specific event waived.
(b) All rights granted the Collateral Agent hereunder shall be cumulative and shall be supplementary of and in addition to those otherwise granted or available to the Collateral Agent with respect to the Obligations or under Applicable Law, and nothing herein shall be construed as limiting any such other right.

No delay by GMAC in exercising any right hereunder, or under any of the other Obligations, shall operate as a waiver thereof, nor shall any single or partial exercise of any right preclude other or further exercises thereof or the exercise of any other right. No waiver of any of the other Obligations shall be enforceable against GMAC unless in writing and signed by an officer of GMAC, and unless it expressly refers to the provision affected; any such waiver shall be limited solely to the specific event waived.
b. All rights granted GMAC hereunder shall be cumulative and shall be supplementary of and in addition to those granted or available to GMAC with respect to the other Obligations or under applicable law and nothing herein shall be construed as limiting any such other right.

No waiver of any of the other Obligations shall be enforceable against Telifonda unless in writing and signed by an officer of Telifonda, and unless it expressly refers to the provision affected; any such waiver shall be limited solely to the specific event waived. All rights granted Telifonda hereunder shall be cumulative and shall be supplementary of and in addition to those granted or available to Telifonda with respect to the other Obligations or under applicable law and nothing herein shall be construed as limiting any such other right.
