Assignment by You. You may not assign this Agreement without the Company’s consent. Also, except as required by law, your right to receive payments or benefits under this Agreement may not be subject to execution, attachment, levy or similar process. Any attempt to effect any of the preceding in violation of this Section 9(b), whether voluntary or involuntary, will be void.
Assignment by You. 24.1 You may assign Your rights under the Agreement only with Our prior written consent.

Assignment by You. As this Agreement provides for the personal services to be performed by you, you may not assign this Agreement. In addition, except as required by law, your right to receive payments or benefits under this Agreement may not be subject to execution, attachment, levy or similar process. Any attempt to effect any of the preceding in violation of this Section 10(b), whether voluntary or involuntary, shall be void.
Assignment by You. You may assign this Policy to someone whom You sell or transfer the Vehicle to while this Policy is in force, if certain conditions are met. You may not assign this Policy if the Vehicle is sold or traded (retail or wholesale) to an automobile dealer or automotive wholesaler. A completed transfer and a fifty dollar ($50) transfer fee must be submitted to the Administrator within thirty (30) days of a change in ownership, along with the following:
Assignment by You. You may not assign this Agreement without the Company’s consent; provided, however, that you will be entitled, to the extent permitted under applicable law, to select and change a beneficiary or beneficiaries to receive any compensation or benefit under this Agreement following your death by giving the Company written notice thereto. Also, except as required by law, your right to receive payments or benefits under this Agreement may not be subject to execution, attachment, levy or similar process. Any attempt to effect any of the preceding in violation of this Section 13(b), whether voluntary or involuntary, will be void.
Assignment by You. This Agreement and the franchise it grants is personal to you, and you may only transfer or assign this Agreement, the franchise, or any stock or interest in an entity owing the franchise, with our prior written approval, and according to the provisions described in paragraphs 22 to 24 below. You may not xxxxx x xxxx or security interest in this Agreement or in the accounts receivable of the Franchised Business to any other person or entity. We reserve the absolute right to disapprove any proposed transfer, transferee, shareholder, interestholder or partner that does not meet our standards.
Assignment by You. You are entitled to assign, transfer, charge, or sub-contract all or any of your rights or obligations under this Agreement only with our prior consent in writing.
Assignment by You. Any transfer or assignment of this Agreement by You, without our prior written consent, by operation of law or otherwise, is voidable by Payment World. Furthermore, You shall indemnify and hold Payment World harmless from all liabilities, Chargebacks, expenses, costs, fees and fines arising from such transferee’s or assignee’s Submission of Card transactions to Payment World for processing. Any transfer of voting control shall be considered an assignment or transfer of the Agreement.
Assignment by You. You are not entitled to assign your Rights or Obligations under this Agreement without the prior written consent of Cupid Media which consent may be given or withheld or given on conditions, in the absolute discretion of Cupid Media.
