ASSIGNMENT, CESSION AND DELEGATION. 29.8.1 The Service Provider shall not cede, assign or delegate any of its rights, responsibilities or obligations to any other party, including subcontractors, without the prior consent of the University. If such consent is given to the Service Provider, the Service Provider is deemed to have bound itself as surety and co-principal debtor with the third party for the due performance by the third party of all its obligations in terms of the Agreement.
