Common use of Assignment for Financing Purposes Clause in Contracts

Assignment for Financing Purposes. If, at any time or times, Landlord assigns this Lease or the Basic Rent payable hereunder to the Mortgagee, or to any other party for the purpose of securing financing (the Mortgagee and any other such party are referred to herein as the "Financing Party"), whether such assignment is conditional in nature or otherwise, the following provisions shall apply:
