Payment Before Delinquency. Subject to Tenant's right to contest under Section 10.4, any and all Impositions and installments of Impositions required to be paid by Tenant under this Lease shall be paid by Tenant prior to delinquency, and, upon Landlord's written request, copies of the official and original receipt for the payment of each such Imposition or installment thereof or other reasonably satisfactory evidence of payment shall promptly be given to Landlord.

Payment Before Delinquency. Landlord shall pay, or cause to be paid, before the same become delinquent, all general and special taxes, including assessments for local improvements and other governmental charges which may be lawfully charged, assessed, or imposed upon the Shopping Center Site (exclusive of the component sites therein occupied by Major Retail Stores), any parcel of land within or without the Complex together with all improvements thereon provided or available for parking for the Shopping Center; provided, however, that if authorities having jurisdiction assess real estate taxes, assessments, or other charges on all or any portion of the foregoing which Landlord deems excessive, Landlord may defer compliance therewith to the extent permitted by
Payment Before Delinquency. Any and all Taxes and installments of Taxes required to be paid by Tenant under this Lease shall be paid by Tenant before each of the Taxes or installment of Taxes becomes delinquent, subject to Tenant’s rights to contest such taxes in accordance with Section 4.05 below and Applicable Law.
Payment Before Delinquency. Any and all taxes and assessments and installments of taxes and assessments required to be paid by the Lessee under this Lease shall be paid at least ten (10) days before such tax, assessment, or installment of tax or assessment becomes delinquent and the official and original receipt for the payment of such tax, assessment, or installment shall immediately be given to Lessor.
Payment Before Delinquency. If and to the extent Tenant is invoiced directly by the taxing authority for any taxes, assessments, fees or charges that Tenant is obligated to pay pursuant to Section 4.1 above, Tenant shall pay all such taxes, assessments, fees and other charges at least ten (10) days before any such tax, assessment, fee or charge (or any installment thereof) becomes delinquent, and a true copy of the official receipt for the payment of such tax, assessment, fee or charge shall be given to Landlord promptly and in any case not less than five (5) days before the delinquency date. With respect to any tax, assessment, fee or charge (that Tenant is obligated to pay under Section 4.1), or installment thereof, that is invoiced directly to Landlord, Landlord at its option may either (i) forward the invoice to Tenant for direct payment to the taxing authority, in which case Tenant shall pay such invoice within ten (10) days after receipt from Landlord or ten (10) days prior to delinquency (whichever is later) and shall give a true copy of the official receipt for the payment to Landlord promptly and in any case not less than five (5) days prior to the delinquency date; or (ii) demand that Tenant pay Landlord the amount of the invoice, in which case Landlord shall be responsible for paying the invoice directly to the taxing authority and Tenant shall pay Landlord the amount of the invoice within ten (10) days after Landlord's written demand (accompanied by a copy of the invoice, which invoice Landlord need not have previously paid) or within ten (10) days prior to the date of delinquency, whichever is later. Nothing herein is intended to prohibit Tenant from paying any tax, assessment, fee or charge in any number of installments permitted under applicable law and rules and regulations of the taxing authority, so long as (i) such payment does not breach the Master Lease and (ii) each installment is paid ten (10) days prior to delinquency as provided above.

  • Tax Delinquency Contractor must provide notice to the JBE immediately if Contractor has reason to believe it may be placed on either (i) the California Franchise Tax Board’s list of 500 largest state income tax delinquencies, or (ii) the California Board of Equalization’s list of 500 largest delinquent sales and use tax accounts. The JBE may terminate this Agreement immediately “for cause” pursuant to Section 7.2 below if (i) Contractor fails to provide the notice required above, or (ii) Contractor is included on either list mentioned above.

(iv) Delinquent companies will be liable for all legal costs incurred in the recovery of contributions.

  • Payment on Non-Business Days Whenever any payment to be made shall be due on a day which is not a Business Day, such payment may be due on the next succeeding Business Day.

  • Recurring Payments For subscriptions that renew automatically, Customer authorizes Microsoft to charge Customer’s payment method periodically for each subscription or billing period until the subscription is terminated. (b) An amount equal to the Class B Available Funds deposited into the Finance Charge Account for the related Monthly Period will be distributed on each Transfer Date in the following priority: (i) an amount equal to the Class B Monthly Interest for such Transfer Date, plus the amount of any Class B Deficiency Amount for such Transfer Date, plus the amount of any Class B Additional Interest for such Transfer Date, shall be deposited by the Servicer or the Trustee into the Distribution Account; (ii) an amount equal to the Class B Servicing Fee for such Transfer Date, plus the amount of any Class B Servicing Fee due but not paid to the Servicer on any prior Transfer Date for such Transfer Date shall be distributed to the Servicer; and (iii) the balance, if any, shall constitute Excess Spread and shall be allocated and distributed as set forth in Section 4.11. (c) An amount equal to the Collateral Available Funds deposited into the Finance Charge Account for the related Monthly Period will be distributed on each Transfer Date in the following priority: (i) if the Seller or The Bank of New York is no longer the Servicer, an amount equal to the Collateral Interest Servicing Fee for such Transfer Date plus the amount of any Collateral Interest Servicing Fee due but not paid to the Servicer on any prior Transfer Date shall be distributed to the Servicer; and (ii) the balance, if any, shall constitute Excess Spread and shall be allocated and distributed as set forth in Section 4.11. (d) During the Revolving Period, an amount equal to the Available Investor Principal Collections deposited into the Principal Account for the related Monthly Period will be distributed on each Transfer Date in the following priority: (i) an amount equal to the lesser of (A) the product of (1) a fraction, the numerator of which is equal to the Available Investor Principal Collections for such Transfer Date and the denominator of which is equal to the sum of the Available Investor Principal Collections available for sharing as specified in the related Series Supplement for each Series in Group One and (2) the Cumulative Series Principal Shortfall and (B) Available Investor Principal Collections, shall remain in the Principal Account to be treated as Shared Principal Collections and applied to Series in Group One other than this Series 1999-G; and (ii) an amount equal to the excess, if any, of (A) the Available Investor Principal Collections for such Transfer Date over (B) the applications specified in subsection 4.09(d)(i) above shall be paid to the Holder of the Seller Interest; provided, however, that the amount to be paid to the Holder of the Seller Interest pursuant to this subsection 4.09(d)(ii) with respect to such Transfer Date shall be paid to the Holder of the Seller Interest if, and only to the extent that, the Seller Interest on such Date of Processing is equal to or greater than the Minimum Seller Interest (after giving effect to the inclusion in the Trust of all Receivables created on or prior to such Transfer Date and the application of payments referred to in subsection 4.03(b)) and otherwise shall be considered as Unallocated Principal Collections and deposited into the Principal Account in accordance with subsection 4.05(e).
