Assignment is subject to Conditions. In addition to any conditions under Subsection 4.2.7, any assignment by the Community Council for the use of a lot under Subsection 4.2.7 shall provide that the use is subject to all of the terms and conditions of the Land Use Permit issued by Manitoba, including, without limitation, all of the provisions of The Crown Lands Act and regulations, the plan of subdivision prepared under Subsection 4.2.14, and any additional conditions that the Community Council and the assignee agree to, including any payment to the Community.
