The Schedules to this Agreement are those marked respectively as Schedule “A” Description of Lands, Schedule “B” Draft 30M Plan of Subdivision, Schedule “C” Easements and Dedications, Schedule “D” Estimated Cost of All Works, Schedule “E” List of Engineering Drawings.
