Assignment Not a Restriction on Mortgagee's Rights. Nothing herein contained shall detract from or limit the absolute obligation of Mortgagor to make payment in full of the Indebtedness, regardless of whether the proceeds assigned by this Article are sufficient to pay the same, and the rights under this Article V shall be in addition to all other security now or hereafter existing to secure the payment of the Indebtedness.
