Common use of Assignment of Agreement, Successors in Interest Clause in Contracts

Assignment of Agreement, Successors in Interest. a. Recipient shall not assign or transfer its interest in this Agreement without prior written consent of OHA. Any such assignment or transfer, if approved, is subject to such conditions and provisions required by OHA. No approval by OHA of any assignment or transfer of interest shall be deemed to create any obligation of OHA in addition to those set forth in this Agreement. b. The provisions of this Agreement shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties, their respective successors, and permitted assigns.
