Common use of Assignment of Agreement, Successors in Interest Clause in Contracts

Assignment of Agreement, Successors in Interest. a. County shall not assign or transfer its interest in this Agreement without prior written approval of ODHS. Any such assignment or transfer, if approved, is subject to such conditions and provisions as ODHS may deem necessary. No approval by ODHS of any assignment or transfer of interest shall be deemed to create any obligation of ODHS in addition to those set forth in the Agreement. b. The provisions of this Agreement shall be binding upon and shall inure to the benefit of the parties hereto, and their respective successors and permitted assigns.
