Common use of Assignment of Agreement, Successors in Interest Clause in Contracts

Assignment of Agreement, Successors in Interest. a. County shall not assign or transfer its interest in this Agreement without prior written consent of ODHS. Any assignment or transfer in violation of this Agreement shall be null and void. Any such assignment or transfer, if approved, is subject to such conditions and provisions required by ODHS. No approval by ODHS of any assignment or transfer of interest shall be deemed to create any obligation of ODHS in addition to those set forth in this Agreement.
