ASSIGNMENT OF ASSIGNED CLAIMS. (a) In accordance with and at the time specified in the Restructuring Implementation Deed, the Deed Company absolutely and unconditionally assigns to LTD and/or the LTD Administrators all their rights, title, interest, and benefit in and to the Assigned Claims.
